"The worst company with cheating policy and staff"

Extremely disappointing experience with BlaBlaBus. Due to the delay of their service, we missed our connection, had unexpected hotel and taxi expenses, and went through severe stress during the trip. Our luggage was also lost/stolen.
What made the situation even worse was the customer support. Different agents provided contradictory information and confirmed compensation in writing, only for another agent to later deny it without explanation. The handling of the complaint was inconsistent, unprofessional, and exhausting.
This experience seriously affected our trip and even impacted my mother’s health due to the stress caused. Customers deserve reliable service and honest communication, not false promises and endless back-and-forth emails.
Very disappointed and would not recommend

"The Worst Customer Experience Ever"
This is honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. It felt dangerous and unsafe. I took a bus from London to Paris, booking it through National Express. I did some digging on the OUI bus website, which is now part of Blabla Bus. The bus itself was just a plain white one. We had no Wi-Fi, no power outlets, and no restroom facilities. The driver spent the entire journey chatting on his cell phone. The seats were broken, and for a 10-hour trip, there was only one stop. When he needed to refuel, they locked us inside the bus. It was a terrible experience—so cold and uncomfortable.

"Never Again with OUIBUS, Even for Free Tickets"
We purchased two round-trip tickets from London Victoria to Paris City Centre for the 23rd and 26th of August 2019, trips 6112 and 1129. Honestly, it was the worst bus experience I've ever had. First off, you can't actually sit in the seats assigned to you because the drivers always tell folks to choose any seat they like. If you're traveling as a couple, you have to ask someone to shift to another seat just so you can sit together. On our way back, the driver did the same thing, and we had to ask a passenger to move so we could occupy our reserved seats with my girlfriend. But he flat-out refused, claiming the driver told everyone they could sit wherever they wanted. I approached the driver, but he said he couldn't do anything about it and that we had to sort it out ourselves. We pressed him to ask the passenger to move, and he responded that if we didn't want to come, we could just stay in Paris; he wouldn't tell anyone to shift. Eventually, we managed to convince someone to move, allowing us to sit together. After counting passengers, the driver came over and sarcastically asked, "Was it hard to find a seat?" We just ignored him. Two hours after leaving Paris, he made an unnecessary 30-minute stop, then we halted in Lille, and later in Calais port, where he got lost and drove in circles. By the time we reached the ferries, he informed us we had missed it by 15 minutes. We ended up waiting for hours, and I missed my entire morning meeting. We were three hours late. I also filed a complaint with OUIBUS regarding the driver's rude behavior and sought compensation for our delay, but they never responded. They clearly don't care about their passengers, so this is definitely our first and last experience with OUIBUS.

"Avoid OuiBus at All Costs"
I strongly advise against booking with OuiBus. I was supposed to take a bus to Paris at 23:45 last night, but just 10 minutes before it was set to leave, I received a cancellation notice. Getting in touch with customer service was impossible. Many folks, including families with kids, were left stuck at London Victoria Bus Station. It's just not right to put customers in such a bind. Honestly, who can swing a hotel stay in central London for a single night? They didn’t even bother to find another driver. Seriously, steer clear of them!! (especially if you're using the national express website)

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS"
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was on an OUIBUS meant to take me from Bruges to London, but it left late and the delays just kept piling up. In the end, I arrived over two hours late. Because of that huge delay, I missed my connecting service and had to crash in a hostel for the night, plus shell out for new tickets.

Now, the company is saying they won’t refund me anything, just offering a voucher that’s only good for a ridiculous four months. I wouldn’t ride with them again even if someone paid me.

I’m seriously considering taking this to court. All you want is a smooth trip back from your vacation, but instead, you get a nightmare and end up with extra costs.

To top it off, they say they provide Wifi, but all you get is 80Mbits that disappears in no time. No plugs, no working toilets—just a bunch of liars.

I wasn’t even notified about the delay.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this service.

"My 3-Star Experience with the Bus Service"
I rated this service with three stars because I thought I was in for a rough ride, but it turned out to be better than I anticipated. I traveled with them in July from London to Paris and back. The toilet was out of order and there was no charging port on the way to Paris, but the bus was on time, the driver was professional and really helpful, and I had a comfy journey. The return trip was also on schedule, but again, no charging port, although the toilet worked this time. Honestly, I wouldn't choose them again for road travel.

"Ouibus: A Nice Surprise!"
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Ouibus when I took a trip from London to Amsterdam back in April 2019. I had my doubts after reading some reviews, but they showed up on time, and the seats were fairly comfortable. On the downside, the toilet was out of order the whole journey, and we didn't really get any breaks. We all got emails with our seat assignments, but the driver just told us to sit wherever we wanted, so it’s a good idea to arrive early to snag a decent spot.

"I was pleasantly surprised by Ouibus…"
I was pleasantly surprised by Ouibus when I used them in April 2019 to go from from London and Amsterdam. I was a little bit scared reading reviews on here but they were on time, and the seats were reasonably comfy. However the toilet wasn't working for the entire trip, and there weren't really any rest breaks either. We were all emailed with seat numbers but the driver told us to sit anywhere, so it's worth getting there early so you can pick a good seat.

"More than 2 hours of waiting..."
Ouibus # 6605 – London to Amsterdam (04-05-2019 08:30 departure): Everything they say in the description is totally false. No wifi, no charging points, and the toilets were out of order. Seriously, no wifi on the bus.

Ouibus # 6612 – Amsterdam to London (06-05-2019 21:00 departure): We were delayed by 2.5 hours at night when it was freezing outside. There was zero info about the delay, and the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. I’m done with Ouibus, and I’ll make sure everyone I know steers clear of it too. It was a terrible experience. We got no information at all. The only email we received mentioned an 80-minute delay, which was a lie, and the word 'about' was vague, making us arrive at the stop on time to avoid missing the bus. It was late, and customer service was nowhere to be found, neither by phone nor at the stop. This is not just unprofessional; it’s potentially dangerous. I wouldn’t suggest Ouibus to anyone, ever. I’m officially boycotting this company and won’t recommend it to a soul. The worst company ever. We faced 2.5 hours of delays with awful conditions (a rude driver who didn’t apologize, no wifi, a driver who didn’t know the route, playing the radio, and talking loudly during an overnight trip) and finally got to London at 10:30 am instead of 07:45 am. No respect, no service; if there was a '- star' rating, Ouibus would be the first to get it. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. Due to the mess with paperwork and the drivers’ incompetence in keeping track of passengers, we missed our ferry at Dover (they told us at the start we’d be on the 5:40 ferry, but we ended up on the 06:40 one) and fell even further behind schedule. Absolutely disgraceful. By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bus company. This company is a total joke, and it was definitely a very bad experience. Because of the delays, we missed our connecting bus and had to shell out a ton for a taxi! I lost a day at work and, therefore, a day’s salary! To top it all off, the complaint form doesn’t even work. How brilliant is that!

"Driver was rude and unhelpful"
Steer clear of this driver; he was downright rude and refused to turn on the air conditioning. Instead, he cranked up the heaters, making the bus feel like a sauna at 35 degrees inside while it was only 18 outside. Folks were nearly passing out, but he just brushed off our pleas for help. A bunch of us called Ouibus, and thankfully, they swapped out the driver. The new one finally got the bus cooled down. Honestly, this guy should be taken off the road if he enjoys making people suffer. To top it off, the toilet door was broken, and there was no water in the toilet. It reeked because of the heat. When we were getting our bags, all the toilet waste ended up on our luggage since the driver clearly didn’t care about anything. This was Bus 113, leaving Paris for London at 13:00 on 23/04/19.

"Overpriced and a lengthy trip..."
The prices are way too high, and the trek from Paris to London takes forever since it goes through Lille.

"Lack of Facilities and Rude Driver"
Reference XVW5FZ

No restroom available during a two-hour journey at night. No internet access either. The driver was quite rude.

Reference 7GCW74

The first bus was late by about 5 to 10 minutes, which was a hassle since we had another connection to make. The bus even halted in the middle of the street to let someone off. And guess what? The second bus also didn’t have Wi-Fi. What a bummer!

"Unsatisfactory Experience"
Took a coach from London to Amsterdam and it was a real hassle. We got in 45 minutes late and then had to sit around for 2 hours waiting for the ferry, likely because we missed our original one. This delay tacked on an extra 3 hours to our arrival, which I just can't accept. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was barely working. The driver showed no understanding or made any effort to ease the discomfort. I've traveled with National Express and Megabus before without any problems regarding arrival times. I can say for sure that Ouibus is off my list for good.

"Customer Service That Drives You Up the Wall"
I took a bus from London to Paris back in early April '18, planning to hop on a train to Handaye and then Madrid. I figured I had loads of time, nearly two hours, to get from Bercy to Montparnasse, which is just a short 30-minute ride. But things started to go south when I received an email days before my trip, letting me know the bus would be delayed by 45 minutes. That was the only bus I could catch to make my train, so I was stuck either accepting the delay or scrapping the whole journey (both train and bus tickets) without any compensation.

On the actual travel day, it got even worse. The toilet was out of order on a 9-hour overnight ride! Then, we took ages to leave London and ended up lost in Canterbury, having to backtrack for about 20 minutes. This caused us to miss our scheduled ferry, which only added to the delays. When we finally reached Calais, the bus driver made a blunder and had to turn back to the Port to pick someone up after we had already left the city. We rolled into Paris at 8:20 AM instead of the planned 6 AM, and I missed my train.

The customer service in Paris handed me a luggage tag with a phone number to call. When I reached out, they said they would refund the cost of the train ticket I lost. I had to shell out for an expensive plane ticket right away to get to my destination. I contacted Ouibus after I arrived, and they took weeks to respond (!!!), saying they wouldn’t refund anything but would send a voucher as compensation. A month later, I’m still waiting for that voucher, and my patience is wearing thin.

I've used Ouibus a few times before (like on the Paris-London route) without any issues, but this experience was a nightmare. It feels like a roll of the dice. Seriously, avoid it if you need to make connections or want a dependable service, because it just isn’t reliable.

Delays can happen, but the blatant disregard for customers and the awful service means I won’t be traveling with them again.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
This is hands down the worst French transport service I've ever dealt with. They have zero customer support, and good luck trying to reach anyone. If you have a problem, you’re stuck sending an email. When I attempted to call, they just hung up on me—what a rude operator! They changed my travel plans without any heads-up. I found myself stranded in a remote area, but thankfully, there was Wi-Fi at a nearby pub. I managed to see the email they sent, which informed me that my trip had been altered without my approval. I would’ve just bought a train ticket instead, but they left me with no choice. I had to scramble to the station, and it was a whopping 10-hour difference from when I was supposed to leave. This messed up my whole day since I was only in France for three days. ONE DAY GONE THANKS TO THEM. I shot them an email, and a lady named Amelie got back to me after a month, saying they wouldn’t offer any compensation or even a refund, and she didn’t even bother to say sorry. Seriously, it’s worth spending a little extra for decent service. I felt totally unvalued as a customer, and I won’t be using them again. I really hope my experience helps others steer clear of this awful company.
